My Story

There are moments in life when everything you’ve built: every belief, every plan, every version of who you thought you needed to be begins to crack. At first, it feels like failure. Later, you realize it was an invitation. My story is the path I never expected to walk . . . the one that reshaped me from the inside out.

A Life That Looked Perfect on Paper

For years, my life ticked like clockwork.

I followed the schedules, the rules, the timelines.
I built a career in clinical mental health. I created and designed.
I loved deeply. I worked hard. I tried to be everything to everyone.

On the outside, it looked steady.
On the inside, I was living on autopilot: aching, overextended, disconnected from my own truth.

I believed that if I did everything "right," life would reward me.
But my beliefs were too small for the life my soul was trying to grow into. Eventually, everything I tried so hard to hold together began to unravel.

Motherhood: My North Star

Through every storm, one light never dimmed: my son, Levi. He is the reason I kept climbing when the trail disappeared beneath me. The lantern that led me home. The reminder that real love is brave, honest, and steady. Every step I take as a woman, healer, and creator is rooted in the desire to break the patterns that tried to repeat through me, not for me. Healing my lineage is part of loving him.

Today, I am a creator, writer, trauma educator, and guide. I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and who finally understand what's happening inside them and give them the tools, practices, and pathways to heal. My work is for those standing at their own narrow mountain pass, ready for something to shift.
