Hi. I’m Kristen, former crisis clinician and outpatient therapist.
My work is shaped by years of supporting individuals through acute distress, alongside my own journey through trauma, loss, and recovery.
Over time, I found that lasting healing doesn’t come from insight alone, but from helping the body feel safe enough to change, then challenging your beliefs.
Today, I guide others through an integrative approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and soul: offering steadiness, clarity, and a way home to yourself.
