No. The Healing Trail is an educational, self-guided experience grounded in trauma-informed principles and nervous system science. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace individual or group therapy. Many people choose to participate to support steadiness and integration into daily life.
The Healing Trail is intentionally designed to be slow, spacious, and non-activating. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, pause when needed, and return when your system feels ready. Support resources are always available, and you’ll be guided toward additional help if something feels beyond the scope of the program.
There are no daily time requirements. Most people spend 20–30 minutes per session, but you can engage for shorter or longer periods depending on your capacity. The program is meant to fit into real life, not become another thing to keep up with.
The Healing Trail is for individuals who feel stuck in survival mode and are seeking steadiness, safety, and a gentle path forward. It may not be appropriate if you are in acute crisis or need immediate mental health support. If that’s the case, we encourage you to reach out to local resources or the 988 Lifeline.
